Since installing Bullet Proof Security Pro on my wp site, GD Star Rating no longer works properly. Missing stars. I know this plugin messes heavily with the .htaccess file, but I am not confident enough to diagnose and fix.

Has anyone just taken the shopping cart plugin upgrade and now experiencing strange behavior?
I upgraded an hour ago, and now what happens is that I add 2 products to the cart and then only 1 appears in the checkout. And then sometimes, all products are lost from the checkout.
Anyone else seeing this kind of behavior?
