I want to be able to post all the Categories in the Sub category.

so if I had like 7 categories with 10 sub cats in them so 70 in total and I only wanted to show the 10 categories from the 1st group.

So I have categories ‘Site’, ‘Coding’ and ‘Meta’ say, and inside them are many sub categories, and I only want to show the categories from the ‘Coding’ category. Is there a way of doing this instead of just posting all the categories?
