This may be in the wrong thread but this is a similar same error i have, I have updated to 3.4 and i have recreated my webhooks. If i make a change to trigger the webhook it does nothing but if i go and recreate the webhook the url validation fires and the outside system can see that validation. So it does not fire on the order_update event. I have tried on order creation and even on subscription update, but not fired once. So I’m not sure if it is something blocking it or something that I’m doing wrong. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I must just add It does not create any logs for the actions even if i put the site into debug mode as documented
