Hi There,
Thank you for getting back to us.
I am sorry but I am not able to replicate the issue on my end. However, please try adjusting the “Size” and the “Vertical Position” of the icon which might help via the Edit Icon list widget > Style > Icon as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/knmblaL.png
If that doesnot help please provide us the URL so that we can take a look.
Thank you!
Hi There,
I am sorry I am not able to check the site as it require authentication.
And If you have recently migrated the site. Then please make sure that all the old URL is replaced by the new URL by following the below steps:
- Go to Elementor > Tools > Replace URL Tab
- Enter your old-url and your new-url and click Replace URL
- Under the General Tab > Regenerate CSS, click Regenerate Files
- In Settings > General on your WordPress Dashboard, make sure that the URLs are similar.

Hi There,
Please try once again by adding the below code via Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer and see if it helps.
.elementor-icon-list-icon {
align-self: flex-start;
margin-top: 3px;
}Hi,
I have checked the provided screenshot and want to let you know that this is a known bug on our end. It has been reported to our developers, however, I’m afraid I don’t have an ETA for a fix.
As a temporary workaround, you can try to edit your Icon List widget and add this Custom CSS code in the advanced tab:selector .elementor-icon-list-icon { align-self: flex-start; margin-top: 3px; }I hope this helps.
Hi Pulak,
Here I am only able to assist you with the lite version of Elementor. And regarding the issue as a plugin author, you can directly reach out to our developer by submitting the new issue on our GitHub Channel: https://github.com/elementor/elementor
Thank you!
Hi Pulak,
The above mention CSS code is not available in the light version of Elementor.
So, if you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket via my.elementor.com

Hi Liliana,
Since you are using both the builder to create the site that might not work properly due to compatibility issues.
I would recommend using Elementor Header/Footer if the website is created only with Elementor Builder else you can try using the default Theme Header/Footer and see if it works using both the Builder.
Also, the light version of Elementor does not have an option for the Header/Footer Theme Builder. So, if you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

Hi Liliana,
You can install Elementor on your site alongside another page builder as long as you just don’t edit each other’s content. Using Elementor along with other page builders might result in a plugin conflict or it might create some unwanted changes to the page content.
Please note that with Elementor you’ll be able to create and edit new pages, but it will not allow you to edit existing pages that were not built with Elementor.
I hope this answers your questions, thank you!
