Regading the concern, please try removing the Woocommerce checkout block in the WordPress editor and then checking the enable bug mode in the shipping settings might resolve the issue.

Upon checking the provided video screencast, I would like to let you know that the Info Box widget that you are trying to edit is not an Elementor Widget.

And if you still have the issue with the other default Elementor widgets then please follow these steps below, and let us know how it goes:

1. Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

2. Switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentyTwenty (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
