Neekdevs – can you please let me know which plugin you are now using? I have tried this one and another both to very dismal support and experiences.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor] Save your money, PRO not what it says it isNo refund and so I decided to try this plugin once again since you finally responded to my ticket requests 3 months after they were submitted (sounds like this is standard MO from what other users have posted). Yes, you have made some changes and I appreciate that. BUT, as a paying customer for the multi vendor multi-license, I want response within 48 hours, not months. So, I went to check my account today because I figure it’s working now and I discover that my account has been deleted! Wow….I paid you $119 and my license doesn’t expire until July 15, 2016 but you felt it necessary to NOT refund me and then to DELETE me? Please either reactivate my account or refund me…you can’t have both.
It sounds like you have recently updated it so I will look again – I have felt like I wasted my NonProfit client’s money and I appreciate you responding. We are using this for a school district with schools as the ‘vendors’ so commissions are donations… we are more concerned about the schools managing their own donations (aka orders) and being able to view reports that they can sort and use in Excel in order to comply with non-profit tax regulations. The reporting component is critical.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife] Extra Billing Fields Not SavingWe are having the same problem! The extra fields no longer work. As soon as the customer enters the data and hits “checkout” the fields clear and nothing is recorded. Wondering if the dev is working on a fix?
I agree with kittyglass. The premium version is just as worthless.

In reply to: [Theme My Login] Redirect LoopJust an update to my issue. It is still happening, just as HunterGatherer has mentioned. I disabled all my plugins and as soon as I had both PMP & TML activated, it started again. I have tried various other methods to resolve the redirect but none work.
(I did end up finding the one dbase table error and deleting it but that error was not in relation as you mentioned…sorry about that)
But the redirect is definitely a PMP & TML issue when used in conjunction.
