Hi RK,

late last night we copied the product which was nog giving any problems and changed te text and picture. Sinds then it worked fine.
I forgot to add some notes to this topic 🙁 Sorry for that!

We do not believe it will be solved with flushing the cache. For now the problem is solved by re-adding the product.
We have seen this before (and re-adding the product solved the problem) but don’t what the cause is 🙁

You can close this topic if you like. If we encounter the problem again, can I contact you by PM or do I need to start a new thread? (And I will stop with trying to solve the problem until you had a look at it 😉 )
