By ‘poster image’ I meant the image that covers the video space before you play it.

Sorry, Nico, I didn’t know that it was called a “self defined thumbnail”. But I did spend hours looking, just not under that keyword phrase. I’m a bit new to this. I thought this was support because it is under the support page of WordPress.org.
