I agree with @dmkizer. The same thing is happening to me. The login page returns me to my homepage after logging in, not the dashboard.
Upon commenting out the below line in my .htaccess, I was able to log into my dashboard normally (though wp-admin; though, the functionality of the plugin doesn’t work anymore – of course).

Yes, I understand it is a W3TC question; however, I was hoping that those who knew how to get it to work with the Genesis Latest Tweets plugin could tell me how to configure W3TC.
Is it possible to configure W3TC with the Genesis Latest Tweets plugin so the tweets are live and not cached per page?
Same issue is happening for me. I would love this to be fixed instead of unlinking the hashtag.
