[contact-form to='info@showtimehms.com, showtimehms@hotmail.com' subject='Online Enquiry'][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Phone' type='text' required='1'/][contact-field label='Message' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]
Even without adding any other content to the page the contact form no longer works.

I have just tried it inserting straight in a new page and it does work correctly. Although now I dont know how I can get the layout I currently have as the contact form ‘message’ box takes up the whole width of the page. Is there a way to edit this, I am pretty beginner at WP.
Appreciate the quick response as well!
