In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Before I leave a negative reviewI’m sorry to say that your work around would have me making hundreds of “variations” for multiple products one at a time. I cannot do that manually. We upload our database to WooCommerce. I believed that your catalog would sync the variations as well but that just isn’t the case. I do not want to have 50 listings of the same color on a page. We sell helmets in multiple sizes and colors with multiple installation variations. I am still working on getting the website ready for launch. But the jist of it is that your product does not work for our product line.

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Before I leave a negative reviewThank you for your reply. I am not going to leave a negative review if I can get my issues resolved in this support forum. Because, as I said, the plugin does work … it just doesn’t work for me.
I think you should know that there is no clear direction on how to contact support in either the order email which I received or your support website which I visited. That is, after all, why I came here. So, thank you for telling me how best to go about requesting a refund.
Perhaps you could consider adding a “how to contact support” section to your order email. And you could consider placing a prominent “contact support” link on your support site.
But of course … those are just suggestions.
