    Hi,

Thanks for checking. I verified the SSL certificate on marketplace.prernaa.in —
the browser shows a clean padlock icon with no warning at all (screenshot attached),
so the site is loading correctly over HTTPS.

However, I tried reconnecting the Royal MCP connector from Claude again after
confirming SSL is fine, and I got the exact same generic error:

“Your account was authorized, but DigiMarket Site returned an error when connecting.
You can try again, or check that the server is working.”

    New reference ID: ofid_84a8239be128a7ce

So it doesn’t seem to be an SSL/TLS handshake issue on my end — the certificate
looks valid and the site loads fine in browser.

    Answering your earlier questions:

    1. This setup was working before — it broke starting September 2nd.
    2. Yes — on Sep 2, I took a full backup and then applied a WordPress core update.
The connector stopped working right after that update. I don’t remember the
exact previous version, but the current WordPress version is 7.1. I haven’t
changed anything related to SSL/DNS/subdomain myself.
    3. I’ll check the WP activity log / Hostinger dashboard around Sep 2 and update
      if I find anything relevant.
    4. I haven’t tested with another MCP client like ChatGPT or MCP Inspector yet —
will try that next and report back.
    5. This is the only domain I’m using with Royal MCP on this host.

Given the timing lines up exactly with the WordPress core update on Sep 2
(currently running WordPress 7.1), could this be a compatibility issue between
WordPress 7.1 and the Royal MCP plugin (v1.5.0)? Could you please check the server
logs for this new reference ID (ofid_84a8239be128a7ce) to see what’s actually
    failing on the connection attempt?

    Thanks
