First you have to install the AMP plugin and then Accelerated Mobile Pages. Now you are ready to use it properly and also you can find it in your left menu bar. Hope this will you. 🙂

I have activated the plugin. sending a screenshot below. But I can not found the amp menu as your youtube video is showing on 1:16 min.
