In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Issue with V1.1.11Hi,
As there are a plethora of 3rd party plugins and themes, there may be some cases where other themes/plugins collide with our plugin’s functionality. Also, note that our plugin was designed to work with posts/pages. While 3rd party themes, may sometimes work, Cloudinary’s plugin wasn’t designed for that, and therefore it may not support them.
I’m happy to hear that re-installing the plugin helped.
Please feel free to open a ticket and we can try to help with your environment. Thanks,

In reply to: [Cloudinary - Deliver Images and Videos at Scale] Pre-installation questionsYou can add an upload preset on your setting page. Then in the incoming transformation, you can set the keep_iptc flag. after creating the upload preset you can set it as your default preset and every upload on your account will follow those transformations.
Here is a video that shows how to do it.- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by shirly@cloudinary.
