Hi Robert, thanks for the quick reply. I went to open a support ticket but thought I’d try to connect one more time first, this time in a clean Edge browser with no extensions installed (I tried Firefox and Chrome before) and it worked. So I’m going to mark this as resolved. Thanks again!

I agree that interest groups are the best way to go. But a client wanted a tag so I thought I’d see if it could be done. Thanks for the reply, I will let them know.
