Figured out the issue.
Found this thread.
http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/missing-the-site-stats-option-completely-and-only-learn-more-buttons?replies=7I enabled the default 2011 theme. Then deactivated and reactivated jetpack and then all of a sudden I had that bar on the top that asked me to reconnect to wordpress.com.
Then I reactivated my current theme and site stats were available again.

Still missing and stats are not logging. Checked wordpress.com and I’ve had no stats now for over a week… I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling… no option to reconnect to wordpress or anything.
Missed this… but how do I make sure the “stats module” is active. I don’t see any options for anything or to setup anything in jetpack.
I was never given the option to reconnect… I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and nothing. I logged into my wordpress.com and it shows zero stats for the last 4 or 5 days (since it has stopped working). Is there a way to manually force a reconnect to wordpress.com?
