I tried switching to twenty sixteen theme and did what you said; all worked nicely.

Then I changed back to original blanco theme. It still does not work. I also notice that any button in that specific area does not work including ‘checkout’ button. (There are three buttons in that area)

I am really confused what to do…

Please help.
