For #1 my client doesn’t want a fade at all so how can I load both layers at the same time with custom css so no delay in pushing the right box to right. Maybe a preload options?

I managed to get the critical css generated and I added it to the critical css tab. Everything is fixed except my responsive css. When I view the site on my phone the banner flashes large to desired size but very apparent to users. I am not sure how to make this stop. I am not sure what to do next.Forum: Plugins
