In reply to: [OrderConvo - Vendor & Customer Messages After Orders] MessagingSo the process would be, a customer buys a product and the product has a user author identified. I don’t have a vendor plugin, more of a product post author. Once the item is purchased, the customer can message the seller and if I understand correctly I can limit the number of emails that can be sent per product. The seller and the customer have access to send emails within the wordpress website and no email addresses are shared. I’m assuming that notifications are sent to actual email accounts but both parties are to login to read and reply. Can you confirm this is all correct and if this is in the free version. Thank you.

My two missing requirements are:
1. Limiting the number of times one user can email another user based on role or woo commerce product.
2. Only allowing specific roles to be able to reply to emails.

I have experiencing two issues.
1. I am not receiving the email as the sender to certain email accounts.
