Hello there!
Same problem: got a double box one on top of the other. This, using the button, will let open the upload twice, asking you for a file twice. If you drop the file directly to the box it will upload the same twice.
I’d like to know if there is, at the moment, a workaround to resolve the issue, maybe editing the php file.
Tested on latest version of Chrome (v43), Firefox (v38) and IE (v11).
