Thanks for the tip. i changed to the default theme and it worked. i reactivated the theme i was using before and it works fine now.
do u think it had to do with one of the plugins?

In reply to: Create static page for subfolderIt comes up saying that the page could not be displayed. I’ve named the folder as “test”.
when i type in http://www.shazas.com/test, it does not display the content of the subfolder. correct me if i’m wrong but i think it should view the html file inside that folder.
i’ve also tried typing the full path – http://www.shazas.com/test.html but i’m still prompted with the page could not be displayed 🙁

should the new folder be in the wp-content or in the themes folder?
i tried putting it in the public_html folder and type in the full path (www.mysite.com/filename.htm) but it didn’t work..any advise on this?
