So I installed WP Rollback, and reactivated UM 2.1.8. Everything is working perfectly now.

Sam issue as noted previously. Seems like this does affect a few websites

Thanks @dacregistry, I have not needed to this before, how do you reinstall the older version?

I have been having the same issue. I was thinking that this might be a result of the unique member roles that I created. But it doesn’t seem to be the problem.
