I tried switching to another theme, with the plugins off, and the mobile menu worked. But it doesn’t in my theme.

Oh, I also tried to install a mobile menu plugin, to see if that would do anything, I installed WP Responsive Menu, & it was like I hadn’t installed anything. Nothing changed.

It’s not in the plugins, I have deactivated them all, tried, and still nothing. 🙁
I read somewhere that it might be in the functions.php file? for the “mobile” section. But I don’t know what to change in there. Any ideas?
