It’s quite frustrating that a robust plugin like Forminator doesn’t support HTML-based email notifications, leaving users with plain text-style emails. Shouldn’t have been so much of a hassle just for email notifications.
I chose Forminator primarily for its seamless Stripe integration, but even for an HTML-based interaction, this limitation is disappointing.
Could you please advise on any possible workarounds or integrations that would allow email notifications to be delivered as designed? Are there any upcoming updates from the Forminator development team regarding this issue?
A “Send as HTML” option really should have been available in the first place.
