I did not delete the messages as I want to keep track of what was posted.
Maximum number of emails to process : All
Delete email after posting : No
Ignore mail state : Yes
Problem with both IMAP and POP3 configuraion
Some times pulls out older deleted emails as well. any help please?

Its certainly pulling same email multiple number of times. This is a bug.
