THey installed wordpress and db again and i had to start all over again. Had made a backup so not everything was lost.. but had to redo almost everything anyway. At least the photo upload works again. I guess I’ll have to just make more backups.

I don’t know what the helpdesk checked this morning but he said it’s best that I delete the wordpress via the control panel and start over again. And now everything is gone, can’t make a new wordpress or anything and I have no ftp access even so that’s great :p
I wonder if i can cancel and get another cheap host. I quit my site years ago because it was hosted on Windows with asp.net but if i can do it with wordpress i don’t need the expensive host. And the SSL and all other new obligated stuff seems manageable too. I got that working in the first days.
If I hear from them and get it to work same way again, i could ask those things.

thanks. I looked at Site Health. No red.
    – First bit has recommendations like delete inactive themes and plugins.
    – It says all directories are writable.
    – it also says Files can be uploaded (ini)
-This is normal ? Opcode cache interned strings usage 100.00% of 8 MB (16 B free)
I’ve only uploaded +-10 small pictures and the WordPress. IT says total size 173Mb. If it were a space problem, I assume I wouldn’t be able to upload a lot via FTP ? I just uploaded 30mb worth of photos via Ftp to domain.
The helpdesk is usually fast but probably not everyone knows everything there.
