Designers can send them to shadow12 [at] gmail [dot] com and I will get them on display and tagged as soon as possible.

In reply to: WordPress 2 Theme CompetitionJustin [KCYAP] made contact with me a few months ago, asking if I would share the code for the Theme Viewer, as he wanted a means of displaying all the themes in his competition. We [Alphaoide, Steve and myself] had a bit of a think about it and decided that the best course of action was to throw all the competition themes in the Theme Viewer and tag them as Competition Entries. This seemed to be a logical move and Justin came back with a response saying that he would like to follow that suggestion.
He then asked me to be a judge and I said I would be glad to help out. He also said he would start sending some themes in the next day or so – but they never arrived. And that, to put it simply, is the END.
I have not heard anything again from Justin and had no replies from emails asking if this was still happening and did he still want me to be a judge. Judging can be a very time-consuming task and I wanted to try and make a few plans so that it would not become too onerous.
But it looks as if something sinister has happened to Justin or the competition has just fallen over for whatever reason.
If anyone does find out what is really going on – please let me know:)
And Justin – if you need help and feel weighted down with all of this – just holler and I am sure people will come to your aid 🙂

Simple solution – just download from the other preview options and not from the filmstrip.

Thanks for taking the time to work this out for me. Unfortunately, it is not working as yet and I am receiving this message in the output
WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE file_name = ''' at line 1]
SELECT id FROM WHERE file_name = ''
0I called it using this
<?php get_download_count($file_name); ?>and placed your above code at the end of the plugin file [download-mgr.php] as you stated.

In reply to: CSS problems{ margin: 0 !important; margin: 0px; padding: -5px 5px 5px 5px; height: 164px; width: 770px; }I would suggest you play with your padding. It looks like it requires a negative -5px in your margin but doing that will give you css validation errors.
I agree with milklb – get it into your css file first.
And yes, we all understand frustration but it’s even harder for us if we are not sure of the exact problem to start with.

Please read the submission advice carefully before sending your theme files for submission to the Theme Viewer. Having to go and find a screenshot and then slowly work through the theme zip files to make sure it does not include such items as .DS_Store or thumbs.db does not make for a happy inclusion to the theme viewer.
It is not a demand. It is more of a request. Thank you for your co-operation 🙂
