theme download links are broken

Some of the download links in the theme browser at http://themes.wordpress.net are broken. I’m talking about the links on the little floppy disk icons to download the themes. It seems to depend on the context – if you click on a theme, then click its screenshot again to get a full view of it, the download link in the titlebar is broken. For example, this page:

http://themes.wordpress.net/?view_type=filmstrip&item_type=random&page_number=91&count_per_page=12&previous_view_type=slideshow&previous_count_per_page=12

The download link on that page is:

http://themes.wordpress.net/wrc-filmstrip/wordpress/wp-content/zips/falling_dreams.zip

Which produces this error message from the webserver:

Not Found
The requested URL /wrc-filmstrip/wordpress/wp-content/zips/falling_dreams.zip was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
