Sorry to be boring, for me the problem is solved (i’ve changed the email links in order to do not lead users to the wordpress dashboard)
However, the “dashboard” bug is still there, for your knowledge.

The dashboard is empty (only if the user has registered during the booking, other users are fine). The frontend works fine.Actually, i have modified the “registration email” in order to ask the new users to login from the event page, instead that the wordpress login page, so they can avoid enter the dashboard. But it is not a true solution…
The problem occurs only to users that register to the website during the booking process. If an user is already registered, he can see his bookings in the dashboard.
the no user mode is setted on “no”. The user is registered to the website, but he cannot see his bookings in the dashboard (events>bookings).
He CAN see the bookings in the “front end” booking page through the link in the mail. But once the user is logged in, he is obviously led to the wordpress dashboard, and there he cannot find any booking.
