Vaultpress suggest FileZilla. I have been on the phone many times with FatCat. They tried several things including requesting I clear all cookies and change my password. Then they disabled all my plugins. Nothing helped.

If you need to edit your wp-config.php file then you would need to connect to your site via FTP. You can find a set of instructions for doing that here:

If you can get those login credentials we can also try to check out the site on our side. Just make sure you enter them here:

Note – Only enter the credentials in the secure page above. Do not send them via email.

As for WordPress.org support, they actually have a support forum you can ask for help on here:
