Thanks for the offer of help. I managed to get it working from the labarynth that is Meta rather than the WordPress end. I’m not entirely sure how. Thanks again.

Apologies. I should have stated that I am fully up to date with versions for all three. As far as I am aware the Facebook for WordPress plugin doesn’t exist and the links to both return 404 errors. I have also deactivated all other plugins apart from Woocommerce and Facebook for Woocommerce and switched to another theme, none of which solves the problem. Thanks
