Follow-up numbskull question: I tried to leave the box blank, but it’s defaulting to a dark gray. Can I just not have a box at all?

Sorry to be thick, but I’m not sure what to do with firebug and clearing my cache didn’t seem to do the trick for me.
The formatting on individual pages seems OK with Safari, but in Firefox 11, on Mac OS 10.6.8, it’s still pretty wonky, running way off into the right border.
