Getting the same thing in the 2.1.3 version and WP 4.1.1 :
Notice: Undefined index: page in /…/wp-content/plugins/wp-database-backup/includes/admin/class-wpdb-admin.php on line 39
It only happens locally though and couldn’t figure out why.
