I tried but still doesn’t work. From the assistance of the server they told me this:
You should set WordPress in order to make it not to modify
.htaccess on the root.

I have no problem on uploding files or other. I have problems only running wordpress. What permissions should I change? of what directories? I mean wp-admin?
