After raising a ticket on servmask.com we received the following:
Hi ,
We have got 1 of our sites hosted with one.com since a user reported the issue a week ago.
We also got the same – unable to export and working on the new version of the plugin to resolve the issue.
Their support told us that other plugins like Duplicator also does not work with their server.
We are really sorry that the plugin does not work for you.
Hopefully, we will be able to serve you again in the near future.
