It looks like it got updated today but the lack of communication and support is ridiculous… I’m constantly fielding client calls about one of their subscribers not getting an email.
Convertkit is looking really good. They now have a free plan for up to 500 subs and it integrated with woocommerce. I’ll be testing it out and if all works out I’ll switch.
Coz this is just ridiculous.
Are you planning on updating this plugin and testing it for the latest WordPress and woocommerce? Or should I just switch back to MailChimp or ActiveCampaign?
The e-commerce stats are not being updated for the subscribers, some purchase emails are not being sent and I’m worried about security since this is on many of my client’s website, but there hasn’t been and update in 2 months.
I just downloaded the plugin today. I’m having the same issue.
The order notes show that the order has moved from processing to completed, however, that status still shows as processing.
