The problem is not with the title. I found out that when I express my URL as http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress/ instead of http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress (without the final slash) it works fine and my title comes up properly.
I found a solution to my problem. http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress is the wrong way to express my URL. I have to put it as http://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress/ and make sure that last slash (/) is on there, and it works fine.
When I use http://www.mypagerank.net, the Meta Tags Analysis tool, it comes up with the title “Document Moved.” When I sent my brother a message on FaceBook that I had a website and typed in the link, the title on the link was “Document Moved.” That tells me there is a problem and Google cannot find my page.
