    We tested the “WPS Hide Login” Plugin and were able to show the SecSign ID Two-Factor Authentication login at a different URL.

    Are your WP and all plugins updated?
    Maybe another plugin interferes with the login process, do you get any JS errors at the login page? (in Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Web-Console, Chrome: More Tools > Developer Tools > Console)
    Also, there may be a problem with your permalinks or .htaccess redirects.

    You can decide for each user individually if they can login by password. In the SecSign ID plugin settings, there is a checkbox behind each user called “Login by password still allowed”. If this is unchecked, the user can’t sign in by password. The password login screen will then always say “the password is not correct” even if the password was correct.

    Also, if you haven’t done this yet, please activate restoration for your SecSign ID, in case your phone gets lost. For more infos see: https://secsign.com/downloads/pdf/Manual_Restore_ID_english.pdf

    Hi,

    we have installed the plugin for testing purposes. After that we tried to check almost every option of the firewall plugin, but not matter what option or value we changed, our plugin is still working.

    So for further troubleshooting, can you send us your options especially what you have done at the sections:
    “Login Protection”
    and
    “Firewall Policies”->”HTTP response headers”
    “Firewall Policies”->”PHP”

    Beside this, can you have a look at the plugin logfiles? Is there logged anything noticeable?

    We guess that the firewall plugin is blocking something like the answer of the id-server.

    Beside this in some browser you can see if javascript errors occur. So when you try to login using our plugin and with the enabled firewall plugin do you have any javascript errors? JS errors can occur because of interferences between plugins.

    Maybe you use another plugin which is interfering. Can you please send us the URL of your wordpress blog and a list of other wordpress plugins you use?

    We will then investigate this problem further.

    The reason that the SecSign ID plugin interferes with the Revolution slider plugin might be, that parts of the SecSign ID plugin have been put into the website even if it wasnt visible.

    We fixed that isssue in the new version 1.7.5.

    Can you please update to the new version and look whether it still causes trouble loading images in RevSlider?

    This issue was fixed in the newest version 1.0.3. Please just update.

    Wir haben das Problem in der neusten Version 1.0.3 behoben. Bitte aktualisieren sie einfach ihr Plugin, und das Problem sollte behoben sein.
