Support » Plugin: SecSign » How to make it work with WP Hide Login?

    Hey,

I am also using the plugin WPS Hide Login that moves my login page to any given address – i.e.: http://www.mysite.com/youreallywanthat/.
However, as soon as I deactivate the WPS Hide Login, I can see the SecSign login box. Which is not the case if I activate it – then I get the usual password login form from WordPress. Any ideas?

We tested the “WPS Hide Login” Plugin and were able to show the SecSign ID Two-Factor Authentication login at a different URL.

Are your WP and all plugins updated?
Maybe another plugin interferes with the login process, do you get any JS errors at the login page? (in Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Web-Console, Chrome: More Tools > Developer Tools > Console)
Also, there may be a problem with your permalinks or .htaccess redirects.

If you have any additional questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Greetings
    The SecSign-Team
