i am also trying to pull my del.icio.us posts into wp as posts.
Preferrably using the del.icio.us post date.
I have tried postalicious and had the same problem you are describing.
And guess what the author of postalicious doesn´t seem to know why either:

I´d appreciate if you´d let me know if you found an alternative plugin.
And by the way, posting individual postst from digg works fine for me.
You know that´s possible, right?
Look in your profile settings in digg in case you didn´t know.
