    Hi 8five2,

    This issues are never resolved for us. We tried what Geoff above suggested (first thing we did anyway) and nothing works. The only time everything works perfectly is when we deactivate the events calendar so we just uninstall it and find another plugin which works great.

    I didn’t bother emailing support again as we probably will be asked to do the things we’ve already done while in reality, all other plugins work fine except the event calendar.

    Good luck with your site, hooefully they can resolve it for you.

    Hi Geoff,

    thank you for your answer, much appreciated. I did update to the latest version (now I have version 4.6.12 installed) and I went through the testing. What I found out is if I deactivate the Events Calendar plugin, all text editor works fine (text visible). Deactivating other plugins do not resolved the problem so my conclusion is it’s the Events Calendar plugin that caused the invisible text.

    Also when creating a new event (version 4.6.11.1), we could not add Venue and Organiser. After updating to 4.6.12, none of the fields are visible (not even Event description, start date/time etc). Is there a way I can send you a screenshot to show what it looks like?
