This is caused by .holler-box { overflow:hidden } which I have changed to auto for version 1.1 which will be out this week.
Please let me know if it’s fixed after testing the release later this week.

I’d definitely recommend updating to PHP 7 and updating WordPress and all plugins/themes.

.hwp-email-btn { background-color: #1191cb !important; }
Change the color as necessary.

In reply to: [HollerBox — Fast & Effective Popups & Lead-Generation] categoriesThis is not something I would add to the plugin, but you can achieve that by embedding a Gravity Form into the Holler Box. If you choose to do that, turn off the Holler Box opt-in setting, and use a shortcode to embed your form in the Holler box content.

On desktop, there is not currently a way to display it minimized by default. However, the expanded popout option in Pro allows you to hide your message until a user clicks a button. You can see an example of this here: https://hollerwp.com/pro/
