The preview just opens the home page, so I’m not sure why it would be a 404, but I’m guessing it has to do with your permalinks or other site configuration.
I have not heard of this issue on other sites, can you privately email me your admin login so I can take a look?

Hi, I don’t see Holler Box active on the page you linked to, is this a question about your theme or about Holler Box? There is no setting for “Animation Duration” in Holler Box.

Hmm, I’ll see if I can reproduce it in another browser. It could be a z-index issue.
Make sure you have the most up to date version of the plugin, I remember fixing something like this a while ago.

If you can exclude anything that starts with hwp_ that should fix any caching issues.

You can remove the branding on the settings page by checking “remove attribution.”

That’s my fault, missed a couple things when moving exit-intent from Pro to free. This will be fixed in the next version, if you’d like to test it out now you can download the plugin zip from Github here: https://github.com/scottopolis/holler-box/archive/master.zip
