If that is unchecked, then it might be a conflict with your theme. Please try a different theme by going to Appearance => Customize => Change theme => live preview. Don’t activate the theme, just preview it to see if the GTIN is there.
Nevermind, just saw the mobile popup. It has an image, but the desktop had no popup.
I’ll test the mobile detection on my end to see if there are any issues.

If it only happens sometimes, then it has to be caching, or a mix up with the user agent. If you can give me specific information on steps to reproduce, and what browser or device you are using, I can test on my end.
I just ran a test, and everything is working fine for me with the newest version of Holler Box and MailPoet 3. If you have double opt-in confirmation, the user will be added to the list as “unconfirmed” and an email will be sent out.
If you are having trouble sending email, try adding an smtp email plugin.
Hi, are you saying that the opt-in confirmation email is not arriving? Are users being added to the list?

To change GTIN label text, visit WooCommerce settings => Products => Inventory, scroll down to GTIN settings. Enter new label, such as HS-Code, and save.

You might have a plugin conflict that is causing the issue.

To change GTIN label text, visit WooCommerce settings => Products => Inventory, scroll down to GTIN settings. Enter new label, such as EAN, and save.
