Can you give any other details regarding the counter you’d like to implement, as well as its location and purpose?
You’ll likely have to code this yourself as this functionality is not available in WordPress Job Manager by default.

You can create a template file called single-job_listing.php, which you can use to control the layout of single job listings. Further info is available here, including a loop you can use: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/dealing-troublesome-themes/#section-2
The loop specified on that page only includes a heading and the content, without a sidebar.
