sorry, no works. I’ve tried everything related to settings and installation of the plugin
I’m sure when we cloned the server and we adapt its parameters (server name, permissions and related), there are some settings that we have forgotten to review

Try to uninstall and reinstall. Also try to delete jobs, and create again. No matter the kind of destination and type of backup. The backup file was created successfully.No relevant info found in the log…
Maybe a possible cause is that the origen of this server is a clone of other one with a very similar wp proyect, off course with server name changed and such details. All works perfectly in both servers, but in the second one backwpup doesn´t work.
I would really appreciate any small hint
thanks in advanceWell, I can´t resolve this, but there is a trick for all who encounter the same problem
Instead of collect all fields in last form, through CFDB, collect data from all forms, exporting records and unifying later. The problem is to identify which records corresponding to each user. Then you can use ‘submitted login’, ‘submitted from’ or ‘contactName’ fields, in the last case it is necesary to put [text contactName] in all forms.
I hope it will help to CFDB and CF7 multi step users
