How do I access phpMyAdmin? Do I access it through my host’s website?
I went to the phpMyAdmin website and downloaded it but I honestly have no idea what to do.

That article is definitely helpful but when I go to login (http://sburokerstudio.com/wp-admin/) it just goes to a not found page, (http://sburokerstudio.com/portfolio/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fsburokerstudio.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1)
