I’m having the same issue. Is there a way to add back in the pages that I did not initially authorize. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times.

You can make the slider full-width by adding the shortcode in Row Options. Go to Row Options and in the section Code Before Row, add the shortcode of the slider.
