I found a work-around: by changing the page type from full-width to default template, I can include Simple Calendar as a WordPress sidebar widget without embedding it within PageBuilder, which seemed to be where it ran into JavaScript errors. It’s not the most elegant solution, but it works for now.
Checking “Always Enqueue” didn’t help.
