Thank you for your response, The problem is that;
I am connecting in the ftp or hosting panel files, and under public_html/wp-contentt(it is with two “t”) it has uploads, themes, etc. When I make a change in these documents these changes are not indicated on the site. For example; We have a catalog in the site. I have found the catalog file .pdf in the ftp and changed it but it is still the previous one on the site. The previous one does not even exist in the ftp or hosting panel documents. I think because of the same issue, when I made the steps you provided for the ftp password change, nothing happens.
I have inserted the code below in the functions.php nothing happens. Still, I am getting wrong password error.
wp_set_password( ‘password’, 1 );
